招聘要求：

1.拥有设计类相关专业本科及以上学位。有良好的设计潜能和极强的形式感，有建造经验人士优先考虑；或热衷于材料和细部研究，对规范有基本了解并熟悉各专业技术配合人士;或学习能力强，有志于跟进项目从策划、设计、建造并且跟进后期运营改进需求的人士。

2. 熟练使用Rhino，Sketch up, AutoCAD，Adobe Suite，Microsoft Office等软件。了解Maxwell/Vary/ lumion/Enscape 等其他渲染程序。

3. 有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，能够接受出差或驻场建造，责任心强，抗压能力强。

4. 愿意与事务所共同成长，并逐渐成为优秀设计团队的骨干。

5. 有优秀建筑事务所、公司工作或实习经验优先。

Recruitment requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in design. Have good design potential and strong sense of form, construction experience is preferred; or enthusiastic about materials and detailed research, basic knowledge of specifications and familiar with professional and technical collaborators; or strong learning ability, interested in follow-up projects from planning, design, construction and follow-up of late operational improvement needs.

2. Proficiency in Rhino, Sketch up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and other software. Learn about Maxwell/Vary/lumion/Enscape and other rendering programs.

3. Good communication skills and team spirit, be able to accept business trips or on-site construction, strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure.

4. Willing to grow with the firm and gradually become the backbone of excellent design team.

5. Experience in excellent construction firms, companies or internships is preferred.
